At the GLC, we believe in your potential to be a better leader. The Leadership Certificate introduces you to the foundational skills necessary to lead ethically and effectively.
The Leadership Certificate is a one-year program that provides first-year and second-year students the opportunity to tap into their leadership potential to make positive social change. Participants engage in collaborative learning groups, one-on-one coaching opportunities, personal reflections, and a group project.

- Building a compost bin at the Painted Turtle Farm with the Center for Public Service
- Creating a student advisory council for the Eisenhower Institute
- Designing learning experiences for campus student leader with Student Activities and Greek Life Access to a Leadership Educator
