Servo - The Dining Center

The Dining Center, also referred to as "Servo" is the most popular place to eat on campus and is a hub of campus social activity, serving meals or light fare and offering lots of choices throughout the day, seven days a week. Servo is dine-in or carry-out.

• All Meals

  • Vegetarian and vegan selections.
  • Bananas, oranges, and apples along with assorted fresh fruit, Greek, vanilla and flavored yogurt, and assorted toppings.
  • Local Wildflower Honey
  • Large cereal selection including organic granola.
  • Whole, skim, 2%, 1% and chocolate milk.
  • Sun Coffee Roasters

• Breakfast

  • Scrambled eggs, egg whites, breakfast potatoes, hot cereal, make your own waffles, yogurt, assorted fresh fruit, pastries and muffins.
  • Alternative breakfast meats such as turkey bacon, chicken sausage and beef sausage are offered throughout the week.
  • Fried local Eggs. Omelets and “Just Eggs” (vegan egg alternative) made-to-order for breakfast Monday through Friday, breakfast, and lunch on Saturday.

• Lunch and Dinner

  • Two attractive salad bars, including one full of Mediterranean choices.
  • Low fat, gluten free and non-GMO salad dressings, along with red wine vinegar, Malt and Balsamic vinegar.
  • Deli Meats and Panini presses at lunch.
  • Steamed pasta and homemade red sauces.
  • Four varieties of Entrees
  • Seasoned halal chicken breast, jasmine rice, and fresh vegetables daily.
  • A wide assortment of Tractor Beverages, certified organic, non-GMO and made from only real ingredients
  • Servo cookies at every lunch (a huge fan favorite!)

• Other Items to Note

  • In house wood smoker is used to prepare many dishes in the dining center.
  • We use brand name products, such as Hershey’s Ice Cream, Tyson, Ben’s, Nestle, Heinz, Pace, Kraft, General Mills, Quaker, and Kelloggs.
  • Many pop up bars throughout the semester including tater tot bar, create your own nacho bar, icing boards, and many more.
  • Once a month we have a Middle Eastern salad bar, a birthday night, noodle bar, poke bowl, bruschetta and many other favorites.

  • Lactaid 100% lactose-free non-fat milk.
  • Rice milk, Soymilk (plain and vanilla), Almond milk, Oat milk.
  • Chocolate syrup and strawberry syrup.
  • Assorted Gluten-free foods such as muffins, bread, rolls, tortillas, and waffles.
