IDI Request Form

Thank you for your interest in Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). This tool is used as a method of measuring the perceived and actual levels of intercultural competence for individuals and groups. The IDI process is as follows:

• Upon Submitting the request form, you will be contacted by the Office of Diversity & Inclusion with further instructions
• Your department will be asked to provide a general ledger number for payment of the survey. The cost of the survey is $15/employee and $12/student
• Conduct 30-minute IDI overview for an entire group
• Administer the IDI via email to all members in the group
• Conduct 30-minute confidential IDI feedback sessions for each group member (required)
• Conduct 30-minute IDI group results assessment (optional, but highly encouraged)
