Webex
The new VoIP phone system includes the capability to receive and place phone calls using your Gettysburg College extension via the Webex app on your computer or mobile phone. Click here for installation instructions and troubleshooting tips.
Voicemail
The VoIP phone system will send all voicemails from an extension to the owner of that extension via email. You may also press the voicemail button on your desk phone, or call into the new voicemail system to retrieve voicemails. Click here to access information about the voicemail system.
Forward Your Calls
You may forward your extension to a mobile phone or home phone number. Click here for options and instructions on setting up a forward.
Log into the Phone Portal
Use your Gettysburg College credentials to login to the phone portal to access phone settings and reset your voicemail PIN by clicking here.
