Dear members of the campus community,
This past Sunday, as Christians around the world gathered to celebrate Easter, multiple bombings took place in several churches and other locations in Sri Lanka, killing over 300 people. The tragic attacks left the country reeling, and communities around the world mourning for the victims and their families.
To commemorate these victims, there will be a short Service of Prayer and Reflection this Friday, April 26th, at 3:30 pm near the fountain. The service is sponsored by the Center for Religious and Spiritual Life, the Interfaith Student Council, Hillel, the Newman Association, Muslim Student Association, and DiscipleMakers Christian Fellowship.
We hope many of you will be able to attend in solidarity with the entire nation of Sri Lanka and all those who mourn.
